Started the Tai Chi Chuan weekly class this Thursday afternoon on Bath Road, it was good to see people back from the holidays ready to do more Tai Chi.
10 week course starting February 2014 7pm – 8pm
Learning how to meditate is a good way to bring peace, calm and happiness into your life. The course will give you a good understanding of what meditation is about. Week-by-week you will broaden and deepen your awareness about yourself and those around you.
The course takes a person from the very beginning, illustrating key ideas and sharing useful ‘ways in’.
Meditation practice can be a profound and practical tool in life. In time, you may wonder how you managed without it!

In this workshop I will be going through certain concepts and interpretation of the movements in the form and we will be working on pushing hands. Beginners and advanced welcome.
