What is coaching?
We all have goals and dreams. My role is to help you clarify and define these and work to improve your performance to achieve the results you want. We will work together to tap into your potential and achieve business and personal developments.
Why choose coaching ?
Coaching can act as a catalyst – in terms of motivation, new ideas, helping you keep momentum with changes, and clarifying your goals and the ways in which you will reach them. A coach can be with you each step – encouraging you and sometimes challeging you to go further than you might have thought.
During the first session we will discuss your goals and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to see what skills and attributes can be used to obtain your goals. Once an action plan has been created, sessions will focus on charting progress and continuing motivation as well as fresh ideas and strategies to get to where you want to be.
What areas of coaching do you do?
As a coach my expertise is helping my clients get results quickly and effectively regardless of the field, although I have experience in the following areas – Life, Career, Relationship, Retirement, Self-Confidence.
£50 per session (1 hour) – we can discuss how many sessions you would like, I recommend 3–6 sessions for you to get the maximum benefit out of coaching.
Cancellation/ rescheduling policy
If sessions are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice then your session will be forfeited with 100% of the session fee due.
