Meditation is awesome!

The meditation I teach is the mindfulness method. Practicing these techniques can help on many levels:

  • Physical – lessening the effects of stress on the body, dealing with pain.
  • Emotional – developing compassion and kindness towards yourself and others.
  • Mental – being able to untangle your thoughts or let go of repetitive thoughts)
  • Spiritual – You don’t have to be Buddhist to meditate, many traditions use meditation as a way of focusing on the spiritual.
