Tai Chi Chuan is a form of exercise originating in China and now practised around the world.
The exercises help to develop a healthy body and mind. They have many benefits in terms of relaxation and stress-relief, increased flexibility, fitness and self-defence. Tai Chi Chuan is suitable for people of all ages and does not require any special equipment.
I teach the Yang style short form of Tai Chi Chuan.
